Vintage Design
The chair was designed by Johannes Andersen for Uldum Møbelfabrik in Denmark during the 1960s. The chair is model 16 and is made of teak.
It is a very luxurious model with coil-shaped legs where the back legs, which are slanted, elegantly connect to the back. The back, in turn, is softly rounded and embraces the sitter and has sides that go down to the chair’s frame and become an elegant decoration. The armrests are incredibly well made and have a very elegant and tasteful shape.
The chair basically has no straight or angular parts, but everything is soft and pleasantly rounded!
Stamped under seat and labeled.
56 cm wide and 45-77 cm high.
The chair fits perfectly around a dining table, at a desk or as a solitary.
In very good condition with few or no traces of use and new padding with good support and wool upholstery Halliningdal 65 in color 110 which is a light gray mottled tone.
