Presented for the first time at the Meble Expo in 1979.
A legendary design table, with an incredible symbolism.
Each geometric shape of the feet has a meaning:
-The sphere: represents the globe, our planet, the origin and the support of humanity.
-The pyramid: represents Egyptian civilization as the first important example of social organization, the cradle of culture and spirituality.
-The cylinder: represents the Roman Empire, the summit of an ancient world which collapsed in a disastrous manner (it can be placed or lying).
-The cube: represents the stone of the kaaba, in Mecca, founding element of Islam.
In very good condition, some traces of normal wear and tear.
Travertine feet.
Glass tray thick 1, 8 cm thick.
