Small rectangular coffee table, of Chinese inspiration, entirely lacquered, black color.
Its original top is made of inlaid patterns forming important multicolored decorative scenes. In the middle of a rocky and cloudy landscape, we discover characters in traditional dress, representing a mother hugging her newborn, samurais, sages, or a grandmother bringing a hot meal.
This table is composed of four legs reminding us of the chippendale style, and bringing a nice curve to the whole.
This living room furniture claims its oriental origin with poetry. The singularity of its decorations and its blackened wood make it a whimsical item that can be matched with a more contemporary interior.
