‘Djinn’ stool by Olivier Mourgue for Airborne international, France 1964-1965.
Professionally reupholstered and foam replaced according to the original specifications and dimensions with a high-quality and cozy “Loop Loop” bouclé fabric from Dedar in dune color and excellent condition.
Would look great together with the “Djinn” chaise longue from the same designer restored in the same beautiful fabric which we have also in stock.
The Djinn series has been featured in Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey and is part of the permanent collection of the Centre de Pompidou and the MoMA in New York.
