Vintage Design
This mahogany sideboard model Ulvö is made of sapele mahogany and was designed in the 1960s by Erik Wørts for Ikea. This sideboard was produced in Poland by Czerska Fabryka Mebli, most probably for the Polish market. In the 1960s, Ikea moved some of its production to Polish factories that produced very high-quality furniture, but the cost of its production was much lower than in Sweden or other Western European countries. The sideboard has been professionally and carefully restored by removing old coatings, staining and finishing with varnish.
