Splendid circa 1800 figured mahogany 15-bottle wine cooler inspired by Roman Sarcophagus shape.
Lovely patinated brass lion mask handles, on tapered legs ending brass casters, thus making the wine cooler easy to move when full.
This cellarette is unusual as it retains its original tin lining.
This cellarette/wine cooler would make an ideal country house antique.
