LC4 chaise longue designed by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand in 1928.
Produced by Cassina in Italy in the 1980ies, serial number 50238. Cassina certificate of authenticity provided (see photographs), which is very rare.
Very nice general condition. Light patina and very light scratches on the black base. Original mattress and cushion in soft black leather. Patina to the leather conform to age and use. Overall very good condition, see photographs.
The chair has been defined by “Chaise longue à reglage continu”, which means approximately “infinitely adjustable lounge chair”.
