Vintage Design
Fantastic shaped adjustable lounge chair designed by Percival Lafer and manufactured by MP Lafer, Brazil 1970s. This unusual, puffy shaped lounge chair has very nice characteristic lines. The design features a bulky seating part which angles nicely from every side. The seating part is finished with buttons and the adjustable head rest is square and functional. The centre pole is made of black painted metal and the star shaped foot is made of solid rosewood. The wooden part which extends the head rest is also made of rosewood and a nice detail is the almost gear stick look adjusting handle is an amazing detail of the design. The chair has been reupholstered in an off-white bouclé which seats and feels very comfortable.
