Rare intact coal scuttle bin from the 19th century. It has a Victorian Egyptian Revival design with hand painted flowers on a tin frame. The feet, handles and back ledge are made of brass with Egyptian motifs. The insert is removable and has a handle. It’s numbered ‘575’ inside lid. It could be used as a trash can, storage or for fireplace needs.
Overall dimensions are 12″ wide x 11″ deep x 25″ high. Insert measures 10″ wide x 8″ deep x 22″ high.
