Vintage Design
Typical Scandinavian modern lounge chairs designed by Hans Olsen and manufactured by Viska Mobler, Sweden 1960. These chairs are from the blooming sixties where a lot of designs were made in Scandinavia. These chairs are organic shaped as the Danis were known for. Subtle lines in the design, beautiful crafted and strong connections in the structure. But overall, an appearance which breathes quality all over. The chairs are made of solid teak wooden structures and have an amazing very dark blue, almost aubergine coloured suede upholstery which is still the original one. The upholstery was very well preserved, it was made of thick quality which was used to last. The upholstery has a gentle patina from age and usage without any mention worthy marks. The upholstery is strapped to the frames with black leather belts. The overall condition of the chairs is very good, with only minor signs of usage which belongs with their age and only gives the chairs more character.
