Joe Colombo”s iconic 4801 armchair is designed in 1963-1964. A modern chair with a striking visual appeal by the master of Italian Space Age design. A limited number of 4801 chairs were produced in the 1960s. Crafted with a bent pressed plywood seat, the back and frame fit together without any metallic parts or glue.
