Vintage Design
This vintage lounge chair, model name Rex 120, was the prototype for the iconic Rex Kralj lounge chairs. It was designed by Niko Kralj for the manufacturer Stol Kamnik in 1960s Yugoslavia. Contrary to the later Rex chairs this model is not foldable. The Rex 120 chair is made of beech plywood that has been shaped into panels and treated with a natural lacquer. The manufacturer’s sticker is still present on the bottom of the seat. Rex chairs are well loved for their beautiful design and ergonomic, comfortable seat. This is a truly iconic piece, taking us to the beginning of that story. DIMENSIONS (cca) Height: 82.5 cm Width: 64 cm Depth: 58 cm Seat Height: 41 cm Seat Width x Depth: 47.5 cm x 39 cm CONDITION Very good vintage state with minor signs of age and use – mainly some spots and small scratches (see photographs).
